Getting your whole group in.
One card per person, one week per plan, and a few details that cause fights.

Group trips fall apart on small details. These are the ones that matter for PCB nights.
What are the group rules?
From PCB's card page:
- Each person needs their own card. You pick the week and card level for each person.
- Cards are sold by week. Pick the same week for the whole group.
- Everyone picks up their own card with valid photo ID and an order confirmation.
- All purchases are final, but a pass can be transferred to another eligible attendee before pickup.
Do you all need the same level?
No. But entry differs by level:

If your group mixes levels, plan the night around the lowest one. A Fred's Card holder cannot follow the group to Frog's or Whiskey's with that card.
How do you pick the venue?
Start with the party everyone wants, not the party one person wants. The parties page shows which venue each one is at. Hammerhead Fred's hosts eight of the twelve parties, so mixed-level groups often end up there. See the Fred's venue guide.
How do you run pickup?
Go together. Bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation, one for each person. Our pickup checklist has the details. Pickup runs Noon to 11 PM at the Welcome Center at Hammerhead Fred's, starting Saturday, Feb 27, 2027.
What about mixed ages?
18+ gets you in. 21+ gets you a drink. If your group mixes ages, plan for it before you go out. We wrote a guide: mixed ages at PCB.
How do you settle it in the group chat?
Keep it short:
- Pick a week. Look at the weeks.
- Pick two or three parties.
- Pick levels, one per person.
- Pick a pickup time.

What if someone drops out?
PCB's transfer rule helps: you can transfer a pass to another eligible attendee before pickup. More in what to do if plans change.
What should you decide before you buy?
Settle these in the chat first:
- Week. One week for everyone, so you are at the same parties.
- Level. Who wants all-night entry, and who is fine leaving by 11 PM?
- Venue plan. Fred's only, or Frog's and Whiskey's too?
- Where you sleep. Lock in where to stay in Panama City Beach together, so everyone is in the same week.
- Pickup plan. One time, everyone present, with ID and confirmation.
A five-minute talk now beats a fight at the door. Cards are not on sale yet, so you have time.

Can one person buy a card for the whole group?
One person can check out for others, but each person needs their own card and everyone picks up with valid photo ID and an order confirmation.
Do we all need the same week?
Cards are sold by week. If you want to be at the same parties, pick the same week.
Can we all have different card levels?
Yes, but entry hours and venues differ by level. The Fred's Card works at Fred's only.
What if one person is under 21?
18+ gets in with valid photo ID. Free drinks and drinking are 21+ with valid photo ID only.
