Card pickup day: a simple checklist.

You buy the card online. Then you pick up a physical card in person. Here is how to make that quick.

Where do you pick up your card?

At the Welcome Center at Hammerhead Fred's, 8752 Thomas Dr, Panama City Beach. The phone number on PCB's venue page is (850) 233-3907.

When can you pick it up?

From Noon to 11 PM, starting Saturday, Feb 27, 2027. That is the first day of the season. PCB's pages say pickup starts Feb 27. They do not list a different schedule for later days, so check PCB's card page before you travel.

What do you need to bring?

Two things:

1. Valid photo ID.
2. Your order confirmation.

PCB states this on its card page and FAQ. No ID, no card.

Can someone else pick it up for you?

PCB's pages say each person needs their own card and that everyone picks up their card with ID and confirmation. Do not plan on sending one friend to get everyone's. Plan to go together. See getting your whole group in.

What is the best time to go?

PCB does not publish wait times, so we cannot tell you. Our advice: go earlier in the window, not at 10:45 PM. If you are arriving late, get your food first, then pickup, then the party. See your first night in PCB.

What is the pickup checklist?

• Valid photo ID, not expired
• Order confirmation (screenshot it, in case of low signal)
• Everyone in your group with you
• Know which week and level you bought
• A charged phone

What if you have not bought a card yet?

Cards for 2027 are not on sale yet. Tap any Get notified button and PCB emails you the moment they drop. Pick your week and card level, check out and you get an order confirmation.

What if your plans change before pickup?

PCB says all purchases are final, but you may transfer your pass to another eligible attendee before pickup. Read what to do if plans change.

What should you plan around pickup?

What if something goes wrong at pickup?

Stay calm, and have the basics ready:

• Forgot the confirmation? Check your email and screenshot it before you leave the room.
• ID problem? PCB requires valid photo ID. Check that yours is not expired before you travel.
• Wrong name or level? Ask the Welcome Center staff. They can sort it out in person.
• Someone in your group is missing? Each person picks up their own card, so they need to be there.
