The undisputed king of late-night PCB. When everything else closes, Harry’s stays open, and it becomes the unofficial gathering spot for thousands of spring breakers every night. The scene inside at 2:30 AM is its own kind of party — booths packed with groups recapping the night, servers navigating the chaos, and the smell of pancakes and burgers filling the air.

Waffle House

Multiple locations in the PCB area, all open 24 hours. Waffle House at 3 AM is a universal college experience, and during spring break in PCB, it’s taken to another level. The hash browns are the star — get them scattered, smothered, and covered.
