What Ultimate's VIP and Express Entry mean.
Fast entry, a VIP section and all-night access. Here is what PCB actually lists.
18+ to enter / 21+ to drink, valid photo ID required
"VIP" can mean anything. Here is what PCB lists for the Ultimate Card on its card page, and what we can and cannot tell you about it.
What does the Ultimate Card include?
PCB lists these perks (prices are plus taxes and fees):
- All-night free entry to all events
- Express VIP fast entry with peak-hour priority
- Exclusive VIP section access with a private bar, bathroom and bottle service
- Free drinks 3 to 5 PM on 6 days and 8 to 10 PM on 7 nights: beer and a pre-mixed liquor option (21+ with valid photo ID)
- One ticketed special event included
- A free Beach Blast, with drinks and food included
- 50% off the late-night menu
- Discounts at restaurants and businesses across PCB
- No blackout dates
What is Express VIP entry?
PCB calls it "fast-entry with peak-hour priority." In plain terms, it is meant to help you skip waiting when it is busiest. We do not list line lengths, because PCB does not. We can say the perk exists, and that it matters most when a party is packed.
What is the VIP section?
PCB lists "exclusive VIP section access with private bar, bathroom, and bottle service." It does not list how big it is, where it is or how it works at each venue. Ask the venue or check the party's page before you count on specifics.
Who is Ultimate for?
Think about it if:
- You will be out past 11 PM. Ultimate gets free entry all night. Platinum does not.
- Your group wants a VIP section for a big night.
- Waiting in line would ruin a night for you.
- You want the late-night menu discount.
Who does not need it?
If you go out early and head home before 11 PM, Platinum covers the entry and the free drinks, and it costs $100 less. See the Platinum vs Ultimate breakdown.
Does Ultimate work everywhere?
Ultimate works at all three theme-party venues: Hammerhead Fred's, Señor Frog's and Whiskey's Saloon. That includes the Wednesday Beach Blast.
Does the VIP section mean different rules?
No. 18+ to enter and 21+ to drink, with valid photo ID. That applies on every card level, VIP or not.

What should you ask before you count on VIP?
PCB lists the perks but not the logistics, so ask:
- Where is the VIP section at the party you are going to?
- How does Express VIP entry work at the door?
- Does the late-night menu discount apply at the venue you pick?
You can ask through PCB's contact page or at the Welcome Center at pickup. Do not plan an entire night around a detail nobody has confirmed.
