"Free drinks" is the line that gets read the most and understood the least. Here is exactly what PCB lists, and what it does not.
Who gets free drinks?
From PCB's card page:

All prices are plus taxes and fees. The drinks are beer and a pre-mixed liquor option. Free drinks are for guests 21+ with valid photo ID. No exceptions.
When do the windows run?
- 3 to 5 PM on 6 days
- 8 to 10 PM on 7 nights
PCB does not give a day-by-day list on the card page. The local discounts page lists venue-level windows: free drinks 3 to 5 PM Sunday to Thursday at Hammerhead Fred's, and 3 to 5 PM on Friday at Señor Frog's. Check that page for the current list.
Where do the 8 to 10 PM drinks happen?
At the PCB Club Card theme parties. PCB's venue pages say free drinks run 8 to 10 PM at the card parties at Hammerhead Fred's, Señor Frog's and Whiskey's Saloon, depending on your card level.
What about Beach Blast?
Beach Blast is separate. It runs 1 to 5 PM on Wednesdays at Señor Frog's. For Platinum and Ultimate it is free, with drinks and food included. The Fred's Card is not valid at Frog's.
What does "21+ with valid photo ID" mean for you?
It means:
- If you are 21 or older, you need your valid photo ID to get a drink, every time.
- If you are 18 to 20, you can get in (18+ to enter) and enjoy the party, and you cannot drink.
- Do not hand your drinks to friends under 21.
PCB's ages and ID page states the rule firmly. So do we.
How do you use the windows without overdoing it?
- Eat first.
- Drink water between drinks.
- Treat the window as a time range, not a target.
- Do not drive.

What if you are on a budget?

What are the common mistakes?
- Assuming every card has free drinks. Only Ultimate and Platinum do.
- Assuming the windows are the same everywhere. PCB's discounts page lists venue-level windows, so check it before you plan.
- Arriving after the window. If you want the 8 to 10 PM window, be there before 10.
- Forgetting ID. No valid photo ID, no drink, even with a card.
- Skipping dinner. Free drinks on an empty stomach go badly.

Does every PCB Club Card come with free drinks?
No. Ultimate and Platinum do. The Fred's Card does not include the 3 to 5 PM or 8 to 10 PM drinks.
