This Week in PCB: Spring Break Week 1 Recap and What’s Coming
Updated weekly during the 2026 spring break season.
The first wave has arrived. Week 1 of spring break 2026 in Panama City Beach set the tone for what’s shaping up to be one of the biggest seasons in recent memory.
The Scene This Week
The beaches are filling up, the clubs are running programming, and the energy is building. Week 1 is always the warm-up β the crowds haven’t peaked yet, but the foundation is set. Spinnaker kicked off daily beach parties, Club La Vela opened its doors for the season, and the strip is alive with spring break energy.
Early arrivals scored the best accommodation deals and the shortest lines at every venue. The weather cooperated with daytime highs in the mid-70s and Gulf water warm enough for swimming (if you’re brave).
What’s Coming Next Week
Week 2 ramps up significantly. More schools release for break, more events go online, and the crowds roughly double. If you’re arriving next week, here’s your plan:
Get your PCB Club Card before you arrive β lines and covers increase with the crowds. Book restaurants for dinner if you want to eat at popular spots. Arrive at clubs by 10 PM to avoid long lines.
